2. 3. Pay attention to swinging during the galvanizing process to avoid parts stacking on each other and causing a part without zinc layer.

 

4. If it is found that the galvanizing quality of some products is not good after the galvanizing is completed, then 1:1 HNO can be used, and then the galvanizing can be restarted after removing it.

 

5. When the parts after dipping galvanize enter the high-quality copper plating solution, they should be charged into the tank, and after 2 minutes of impact plating with a large current, return to the normal current.
