The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued a decision on launching the second anti-dumping review investigation on aluminum profiles originating in China.
Previously, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Resolution No. 1282 (1282/Q?-BCT) on April 20, 2021, making a final anti-dumping review ruling on aluminum profiles originating in China.
According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, on January 15, 2018, the Vietnamese government issued Protocol No. 10 (10/2018/N?-CP), which stipulates that from the date of entry into force of the relevant anti-dumping review results and the new decision to take effect for one year Within 60 days after the expiration of the period, the parties concerned have the right to submit an application for review of anti-dumping measures.
Therefore, on the basis of reviewing the relevant materials of the relevant parties, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued a notice on the development of products originating in China with HS codes 7604.10.10, 7604.10.90, 7604.21.90, 7604.29.10 and 7604.29.90. Decision No. 1149 of the second anti-dumping review investigation (1149/Q?-BCT), the case code is AR02.AD05.
To ensure the interests of relevant organizations and individuals, the Trade Defense Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam recommends that organizations and individuals need to be registered as related parties in review investigation cases. It helps companies obtain public information during the review process, submit comments, information and evidence related to the content of the review investigation, and cooperate with the investigation agency during the review investigation process.
